If your Japanese knife has started to lose its edge and you’d like to have it professionally sharpened during your visit to Japan, we’re here to help.
Our shop specializes in knife sharpening and is operated by a professional sharpening craftsman. In many cases, we can sharpen your knife during your stay in Japan and return it before you leave. Depending on the condition of the knife, same-day sharpening may even be available while you wait.
Please note that some knives may require several days to complete, depending on their type and condition.
